Here you will always find the American flag

waving and the American eagle flying.

Thanksgiving - 2014

November 27th

I may have posted this one before. It looks

familiar to me. Anyway, I find it quite interesting

that someone just left this piano on the porch

and walked away without another thought.

And this would appear to be one of the old

time school desks beyond fixing up?

Now, hey!! It does not get any cuter than this!!

Stretch little one, stretch.

Good for these pilgrims and Indian. A very

good question addressed to Santa.

Some more cuteness for your day. Look at

those special webbed feet. Too cute!

Just what I would order for a cold Wintery

night in front of the fireplace.

This picture needs no words other than wishing

they all could come home and every child could

experience this happiness.

Good ole Maxine, at it again. Too funny.

And everyone should have a cute little

helper like this. Look at those curls.

Easy Andes Mint Fudge

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 cups Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips {approx. 1.5 bags}

  • 1 cup Andes Mint Baking Chips {or chopped up Andes Mints}

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk {14 oz.}

What You’ll Do:

  • Line 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with foil, then spray foil with Pam.  {allow a

  •  little extra foil on the sides, so the fudge can easily be lifted out later}

  • In large microwave safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and

  •  sweetened condensed milk.

  • Microwave for 1 minute, then stir.

  • Microwave for an additional 45 seconds, and stir until melted.  {or

  •  microwave an additional 45 seconds if needed}.

  • Once melted, quickly transfer to foil lined baking dish and spread out

  • evenly.  {the fudge likes to set fast, so no dilly-dallying on this part} ;)

  • Sprinkle top of mixture in pan evenly with approx. 1 cup Andes Mint

  •  baking chips.

  • Transfer to refrigerator, and chill for approx. 2 hours, or until set.

  • Cut into 1 inch squares, and ENJOY!

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

You took the time, thank you!

What a wonderful feeling

this can be!

Wow, this week has flown by just as they all

do anymore! I will be back tomorrow with a

note to bid November goodbye for my Daily

Dose and back on Dec 1 to welcome in the

Christmas month. Have a great day.

And now till another time, be safe in

all you do. Be aware of everything and

everyone around you at all times. A

very good habit .... take care!
